This poster will present the new CIRES Strategic Plan. The strategic planning process has been led by Maggie Tolbert (CIRES Associate Director) and a committee from across CIRES. A retreat of the CIRES Fellows happened on April 15, during which priority actions to meet the goals of the strategic plan were identified. A link will be provided to enable anyone interested to provide feedback on the identified initiatives and other suggestions.
