User support and engagement are pivotal to the data management capabilities of the NOAA@NSIDC team. We present three user profiles, each representing one of our three most popular NOAA@NSIDC data sets. These are selected from questions submitted to NSIDC’s User Services Help Desk. The profiles demonstrate how users from various disciplines use our data products for diverse projects. These profiles also offer insights into the effectiveness and limitations of our data products, the ways we support users, and underscore feedback that highlights the value of our data and services. Our goal is to emphasize how important user feedback is to us and how we value the need for high-level support for our users.
