With CIRES postdocs and much inspiration and input from Ph.D. students in the Department of Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences (ATOC), I have developed hands on application laboratories for a data science course in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences. In my poster, I would like to share some of our learning as a part of the course and present opportunities for engagement both in research and in teaching moving forward.
