The goal of this full-day in-person science-focused meeting is to strengthen our internal networks, foster collaborations, and amplify existing research, outreach, and engagement efforts. 

Additionally, it will support the CIRES community by identifying colleagues working in shared and new research areas while encouraging innovative thinking beyond traditional approaches. You can view the links below to see our work together.

9:30 AM 12:00 PM Mapping the Unknown - Participants will sit with others in their chosen scientific topic to discuss gaps in research.

1:00 PM 3:00 PM Igniting the Way Forward - World-Café style meeting - Participants will join multidisciplinary discussions to problem solve on identified gaps.

Spring 2025 Summit Information

The spring CIRES Science Summit 2025 was a full-day, science-focused meeting aimed at strengthening internal networks within CIRES, fostering connections, and amplifying existing organizational work. The summit agenda consisted of opening remarks, table discussions, a world-café style discussion, rapporteur presentations, and concluding remarks.
