The Science Summit is a full day, in-person event in the SEEC Auditorium. The information below will help you prepare for this summit and determine what you would like to bring with you for the day.

  • Please see the Outlook calendar invite for directions and a map of the building. 
  • Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided, with dairy-free and gluten-free options. Coffee will be available in the morning and afternoon.
  • You will not need a computer! Please bring your phone to engage with surveys, or you can bring a computer if that is supportive to you.
  • There will be a 15-min break at ~10:30am and a 30-min break at ~3:00pm.
  • There is a nice outdoor seating area if you want to bring warmer clothes to get outside during the breaks.
  • We will have an hour for a networking lunch, organized by topic if you would like to connect with colleagues.
  • There is a lactation room with a mini fridge in the SEEC building.  It is run on a first-come, first-served basis.
